On the last day of our vacation, we walked in the center of Pattaya, discovered several interesting places for potential purchases, but we almost spent the cash. We came across a kiosk with logos of Russian banks. We went in, scanned the QAR, wrote to WhatsApp, and in less than a minute they answered and instructed us. After a maximum of five minutes, the cash was already in our hands (we made a transfer from a Russian card, and the kiosk employee gave us cash based on an electronic transfer receipt - the exchange rate was excellent, very profitable, although they changed a very small amount.
