I've been going to this point for 2 or 3 years now, and when, for some reason, I have to go here again, I think "just not that."
There is an absolute lack of tact, politeness, and friendliness. If you don't say hello, they won't say hello to you, questions are ignored, it feels like I'm the one who works here and should know all the nuances of sending parcels. There's no help. You already have a lot of negative reviews everywhere, both here and on Google, DO SOMETHING, Olga, Ksenia and others are rude, tactless, they can raise their voices and, forgive me, tell you off if you filled out something incorrectly.
Reprimand, fine, put the camera in front of your face, for my part, I am ALWAYS very polite to the last, but after visiting this point, my mood is in a huge negative. I have witnessed many times how not only I, but also other clients are treated like a bag of garbage.
I also work with people, but such behavior and communication is simply unacceptable, you take away your own clients. I have to look for another pick-up point, EVEN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CITY, because walking here has become simply unbearable for the nervous system.
