The service is terrible. They are not respectful to customers (not everyone, the cashier with the African braids is very respectful). Last time I came to make purchases and the cashier had to confirm my energy drink and she categorically refused and the same thing just happened today and it's the second time 27.03.2025 20:40-20-50.
The cashier asks for documents, I told her that I don't have any documents on me but I'm 18 years old, I'm a foreigner.
And all foreigners here are 18 years old.
Please reframe your worker otherwise you risk losing customers.

A small but awesome store within walking distance. There is everything you need and even some ready-made cooking. I bought good chebureks. The prices are acceptable.

I always go to your store before work. I love buying pastries from you, always fresh and delicious. But on Friday, 03/22/2024 +-11:00 in the morning, I witnessed a picture of an incomprehensible woman screaming obscenities at the entire store. All this was happening in the baking department, as far as I understood, she was yelling at an employee from the same department. The screaming lady herself was without a uniform, a light dress, loose dark hair, unfortunately she did not see a badge. I do not know what position this woman holds, but clearly no one had the right to shout obscenities at an employee. The situation is out of the ordinary. Take action against this lady.
