They're a terrible company, they can't measure windows properly, and Elena's manager doesn't behave very professionally. The defective window was redone 2 times, and the package was thrown at me and the installer did not tell me about it. It's good that I saw it myself. The installer, due to the fact that I did not sign the act of completed work, told me a lot of pleasant things.
For them, it's just a job, but for us, a house is a dream. And each stage of construction is a big step. And it was only at this step that we lost our nerves and worried.
Bottom line, don't spoil your nerves, the company is the same as other small, boorish ones like many others. Although I don't think the smaller ones would have had that.

After the publication of this review, manager Elena contacted me. I offered to pay for the inconvenience with mosquito nets for free. Of course he agreed. I didn't delete the review because that was it. But they didn't close their eyes, it's already good that they didn't keep silent. As a result, the grids were brought, nothing was put up since the house is still under construction. The advice of this company is that you can do it efficiently and beautifully the first time, rather than apologizing to the client later. Thanks for the grids, but this is not a gift, but a compensation for the nerves spent.
