Evos – fast fast food with different quality levels
I visited Evos many times, tried almost everything from their menu – from pita bread to burgers and hot dogs. Overall, this is one of the most popular fast food spots in Tashkent, but over the years, impressions of it have become mixed.
Positive:
✔ Speed of service – Food is prepared quickly, on average it takes 5-10 minutes to wait for an order. It takes a little longer at lunchtime, but it's still faster than in regular restaurants.
✔ Affordable prices – Compared to other networks, Evos remains relatively inexpensive. You can have a big meal for little money.
✔ Good pita bread dough – It used to be even better, but it still remains one of the main advantages. Light, soft, not overdried.
✔ Convenient location – There are branches all over the city, so finding the nearest one is not a problem.
Minuses:
The quality of meat has dropped – Previously, chicken and beef in pita bread were really delicious, but now there are often dried pieces or meat with a strange taste.

I've known Evos for a long time, I visit it often, the food is delicious, the service and cleanliness are at a high level, polite staff, not counting queues that could be avoided by launching online orders or through the application. A recent visit showed that lavash has really lost weight, looks different from in the photo, has become thinner and weighs less, respectively, there is less meat inside. Maybe I got them, even though I ordered a large pita bread. I sincerely wish Evos prosperity. Management should pay attention to these issues.
