EVOCA is a game I have never seen before in the banking sector! Starting from March 12, 2025, my bank account does not show my money, which is on the VISA card. In other words, there is this money on the card in the application, but there is 0 money on the account linked to the card. For this reason, I can't use my money, I can't withdraw it or transfer it somewhere, I can't pay for anything. When I contact EVOCA Bank, they tell me that the issue is under consideration. It's been 2 (!) for a month, the bank has not resolved the issue of access to my money. There's a small amount on the card right now, of course, but what if there was a large amount? Imagine that your money is just frozen for more than 2 months and you can't do anything! I don't understand at all how money that is in the bank on the card can not be displayed on the card account? I've never seen anything like this in any bank in my life! Tip: think about whether you need such a bank? Thanks for attention.

The Ewoka bank gives the impression of an advanced one, but this is only at first glance. As it turned out, you cannot make a transfer from your card to another one even if you have funds on it. It should take 1-2 business days from the date of receipt of funds for it. Middle Ages. The support could not justify what caused it. There is not a word about it in the rules on the site, and in the contract.

I came to exchange currency, at the entrance the girl told me to take a ticket, go down to the basement in the hall. There were 4 people in the queue ahead, I waited a long time, everything was very slow. Then, finally, I paid attention to the ATM exchanger, the operation took 2 minutes. The exchange rate is good, minus 1 star for the employees who were not prompted about the possibility of an exchange in the terminal.

I opened an account and made transfers many times. It is quite difficult to deal with translations in the Russian Federation, but there is support in telegram and in the application. After the experience of other banks, I can say that Evoka Bank is better than all banks in Armenia.

The bank's employees are very poorly versed in what is going on in the bank at all. Online access to the corporate account was blocked, several employees solved the issue for about an hour, without my knowledge they changed the password to all 0 and then said unfortunately nothing works, just try tomorrow, maybe it will work, they said the password can be changed the next day. The next day, of course, nothing happened, as it turned out after several trips to different branches of the bank that it turns out that the entrance to the online bank has been carried out according to a different scheme for a month, but unfortunately not all bank employees are aware of this.

I exchanged currency in this evoca office, I decided to use an ATM-exchanger as soon as possible. I was exchanged $ 200 for 200 drams, but they should have been 386 times more, obviously a technical error. I had to write a statement that I wanted to return the dollars (since I had already exchanged the required amount in the window through an employee) and wait, the next day they told me to come without delay in 1 window, as a result, I waited 50 minutes for this extraordinary passage, since the last customer was very late there, I would have gone faster in the usual queue twice. And instead of dollars, they gave me drams that I no longer needed, because I asked for the dollars back. The result is the time and money spent on taxis, there were no compensations for this. In general, the bank is young and the processes for resolving conflicts and errors are built terribly, if they had immediately returned the dollars to me and then dealt with their mistakes, there would have been no complaints, but the impression is terrible

A disgusting and terrible bank. I tried to open an account at the branch, there were 19 people in front of me, of whom 8 people passed through the bank in 45 minutes. I came by appointment the next day, waited about the same amount of time to hear that my ticket was not in the queue. The girl in the 4th window just said that my ticket was not in the queue, she could not help in any way. The girl at the reception said - there is no ticket for you, when asked what solution - we can't help. The second employee said that my ticket was still there, but they called me, but I didn't see it, it was an absolute lie. The only solution is to take a new ticket and wait again until you turn blue))) after requesting the complaint book, it turned out that I could still be accepted out of turn, after waiting for 7 minutes until the employee was free (there was no client), I no longer had the strength and desire to open an account. I'll go to any other bank except this one. It's just a shame, you can open at least 300 coworking spaces, and spend huge budgets on advertising, but if you don't know how to stand elementary business processes so that there aren't 20 people in line and solve customer problems that have arisen through your fault, not a single adequate customer will remain with you. Shame on you!

The most miserable bank. They are kicked out of the VIP client rooms, the support knows what happens in their bank almost never. For example, I was refused to transfer funds to Tinkoff Mir from the MIR card in Evoke, I received support for the question "Why does it give an error? Why am I being refused?" they reply, "The system rejects your transfers automatically." Why this is happening, they say bluntly, "we don't know." Recently it turned out that some kind of left number was attached to my account, which I did not specify anywhere: there is another one in the contract, and another one in the online bank. And to my question: "why does the confirmation of my transactions come to the left number?" they answer: "fill out the application and specify the number you need." They didn't even apologize. I'm thinking of going to the police. If it were possible to put 0, I would do it without hesitation, because in 2 months I have not found a single plus from this bank

Be careful, especially Russians. I made a transfer of $ to the Russian Federation from this bank. When calculating the transfer fee, the bank counted 11k drams for me, in fact they wrote off 50k drams! To my reasonable question, why is this so? They answered me: the commission is 0.1% of the transfer amount, at least 50k drams. So why do you write 11k when calculating?! Disgusting! That's not all: commissions for everything, for citizens of the Russian Federation, commissions are prohibitive. Never open an account with this bank.

So I entered the status of an Armenian citizen, I think: Well, it's time to come to some interesting fancy bank. Oh, I liked this purple one, and even seemed to be friends with Tink before. Guys! Don't come here!!! Vote in dram/ruble/dollar, they are not worthy of your money!Both of them just drove me red-hot here twice.. To begin with, you need to have with you as a citizen of the Russian Federation: 2ndfl, statement of accounts, notar.dog.about renting housing here, registration, time, registration, transfer of passports, etc., etc., mb I forgot something, in this case they will accept your application FOR CONSIDERATION!! Almost a year later, I took a sole proprietor, took a good turn by the standards of the self-employed, I already have a residence permit and an Armenian passport, they still chase me on the basis of my passport and speech!!! It's such a shame in general, I don't believe that in a civilized world you can behave like that. I'm silent about the queue at one or two and the really stupid lamb eyes of the staff, who at work almost barbecue at the counter (I have some guesses about this, about the meager pay for their work). Let's omit their short-sightedness and their "magnificent" intuition with the desire to work for a long time, multiplying exponentially, and not grabbing a momentary jackpot.

The slowest service I've seen in the last 5 years, huge queues. I didn't understand anything in the earlyone application, I signed up for 15:35, i.e. I was supposed to be served at that time (this is the meaning of the application), at 16:00 I left the bank. It's terrible!!!

Swift sent a transfer from Tinkov to evoko bank, all the supporting documents that the money reached evokobank are there, they claim that there is no money. I do not recommend this bank. The transfer has not been received for 1.5 months .
