I stayed in a Mini-Hotel at Burnazyan ulitsa 116/5, Yerevan, from 05.03.25 to 09.03.25 A wonderful place-there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would like to note: a warm welcome from the host (I was always in touch); cleanliness and order; attentive staff-daily cleaning; assistance with organizing an individual tour / visited Virap Choir, Symphony of Stones, Garni, Geghard. The trip was comfortable, the driver was decent/polite. I recommend staying here

We spent a wonderful three weeks in this hotel: excellent conditions, there is everything you need (washing machine and dryer, dishes, refrigerator, !coffee maker!). Daily cleaning, very nice and friendly owner and maids! They always ask if everything is fine, if something else is needed. Within walking distance of shops, pharmacies, PVZ, wonderful cafe Art&Lunch. Near the shopping center Erebuni Mall and Yerevan Mall, 8-10 minutes by taxi to the center. We will stay in Yerevan only here!
