I really liked it! Great location for a relaxing holiday. There are 2 kitchens, one summer and one covered, which is very convenient. There are places to relax, sit, read or have lunch) the sea is not far away. The rooms are clean, cozy, and bright. There is something to compare it with, many people hand over anything, have already seen and know. We are very satisfied and thank you for your hospitality.

We rested for a week, starting on March 17, 2025. I liked everything very much. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The room had a balcony. Large territory, good summer kitchen. You can cook for yourself, there are dishes. There are air conditioners, if you arrive and it will be cold, then there are heaters. For convenience, the bathroom has an electric dryer for linen and towels. I want to highlight a gorgeous gazebo, very large and comfortable for any occasion. There is also a closed parking lot so that the cow and pig do not touch the car. This is not the first time we have rested in Abkhazia and this is the most gorgeous place.

We had a rest with my wife from August 5 to 12, everything was very pleasant, quiet and peaceful!!!! The kitchen is good, the furniture in the room is all new! Natalia, who is responsible for the guest house, is a good and kind person, the territory is guarded by a huge black dog Zeus, the kindest friend of man!!!! We were by car, 4 minutes to the spring, 3 minutes to the most beautiful beach! There are few people on the beach!
