Punctual, neat guys. Professionals. They suggested at what distance it is better to mount the lamps for convenience. The work is beyond praise. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of cleaning after the work done (even our building materials for repairs were removed). The fixture for the chandelier was made universal. In case of flooding, they work with insurance claims. I am very pleased.

I ordered ceilings with a hidden aluminum cornice, the cornice was made from scraps from previous orders, just the waste was docked, as a result, the curtains got stuck at the junction, it was an eternal problem to open-curtain the windows. The cornice was replaced only the second time, the boorish workers said that I was a fool and bought the wrong hooks (although after installation I showed them to them and they said those), I checked all the hooks available for sale and everything gets stuck. Only when the master himself came and saw that it was really impossible to use the cornice, the cornice was replaced.

There don't seem to be any complaints about the ceilings, but there are big complaints about the employees. Even when placing an order, I asked the manager to come with a vacuum cleaner, because light wallpaper was glued and I did not want to wash the walls after installation. Then I turned to the foreman overseeing the team with this request, he assured that the installers had a special vacuum cleaner built into the perforator. I believed it. The team arrived without an industrial vacuum cleaner, and what they called to me as a "vacuum cleaner" turned out to be a dust bag attached to a puncher. When I asked them to do it carefully, they started snapping at me and being rude. In response to the description of the situation in the messenger, the technical specialist also "explained" to me in a boorish form that they were not a cleaning company and were not obliged to work cleanly. As a result: a pile of garbage on the floor, dusty walls and the worst thing - wallpaper and kantik stained with dirty fingerprints of the installer, as well as a hole in the wallpaper from a puncher that "jumped off". To all my requests, work carefully during the installation - complete disregard and a sour face. I spent the whole next day cleaning and removing jambs after the work of the brigade. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company, I will not contact anyone else and I will not advise anyone.

The company is excellent only at the time of signing the contract. Manager Sergey explains everything for a very long time and in an accessible way and helps to make a choice. The installation team arrived on time, and THAT's IT!!! That's where all the advantages ended! Installers work slowly, smoke for the most part, behave like at home (they used our repair tools without asking, and used our clothes as rags) While also being rude! Questions and complaints are answered that they were told to do exactly that and if I am unhappy with something, contact the company. And off it went... endless alterations, crowds of installers... for 1.5 months! The result is this: the ceiling was made not as ordered, but as it turned out. And also, "as a bonus", they ruined the finishing of the walls!!! I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GET INVOLVED WITH THIS SHARASHKA!

The consultation is good, but the installers are not experienced. The wires were punched - they had to call an electrician and redo the wiring in the house, but they themselves deny their guilt. The tiles cracked in the bathroom and bathroom, where the ceiling was fixed. Chips on the laminate floor (the tool was falling). The wallpaper is scratched.
