And the time needed to be fixed, and the man left his lunch anyway. And the money was on the card, but I couldn't transfer it- but Vadim the tow truck driver calmed me down, told me not to worry. We'll solve everything. In the end, everything was done on time and accurately. AND HUMANLY!! I lost my phone's stylus near the service. Vadim noticed, found, and gave it back. I am very grateful for Vadim's professionalism and human attitude in a false situation!
