We came here to inflate the balloon with helium. The girl is completely incompetent in this matter! They came with their balloon (suitable for helium and for inflating with a tube). I had to explain that this happens and that the tube is only needed for mouth inflation. Then she messed up the corner of the ball trying to tie a ribbon (because she took the ball upside down) as a result, the drawing is erased. A week has passed - the ball is already on the floor. That is, for 15 rubles with our ball, we have an incompetent person and a lack of service. Usually we go to another place, everything is fast and clear in 10 minutes, and the ball itself is coated with gel from the inside so that it does not deflate - it lasts from 16-20 days and only then begins to descend. I won't set foot here anymore, and I'll tell my friends too (if they suddenly decided to go closer to home, and not as usual).
