A great family friendly little hotel. Beautiful apartments, clean and new. There is everything you need from furniture and dishes for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning in both rooms. Clean swimming pool, well-maintained territory. The friendly hosts speak Russian. The sea is 10 minutes on foot, a supermarket is practically across the street, there are cafes within walking distance. The market can also be reached on foot on Wednesdays. There is a public transport stop near the hotel (Kemer, for example, can be reached), buses run frequently. There is a taxi stand next to the bus stop. Of the disadvantages, except that the windows of the apartments overlook the street, where cars often drive, it is quite noisy. I had to sleep with the windows closed. Otherwise, everything is fine! I recommend it!
A great place to relax! We stayed there for a week, new clean apartments, everything you need, excellent breakfasts! The territory is well maintained. Migros is right across the street, it's a 5-minute walk to the sea.
Overall a nice apartment. There is everything you need (towels, hair dryer, kitchen utensils). Well-groomed and cozy territory. I get 1 star for breakfast. The apartments position themselves as "family", but there is practically nothing for children to eat there. Also, the noise from the road was a little annoying, but here you have to understand where you are booking accommodation ;). Everything else is decent.
Comfortable apartment 10 minutes from the beach, there is a swimming pool. The owner speaks Russian. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I would like a more varied breakfast.
It's a great place. We stayed there for a week. The breakfasts are simple but varied. The pool is great and very clean. Everything is fine in the rooms too.
