Be careful with the water in a shower, it changes temperature. Some beds are crooked, last time a metal part was poking my back. The stuff is nice though. But the hotel is too expensive for its quality.
I liked the hotel.
In my opinion, the hotel has an ideal location in the heart of beautiful Yerevan, next to Republic Square. There is a large supermarket with everything you need within a three or four minute walk. The check-in was quick. The hotel's receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large lobby.
Room 303 is quite spacious, the furniture is not new, but everything is in good condition. There was a very comfortable mattress on the bed, and I slept great. Big advantages: there is a kettle and refrigerator in the room. Mount Ararat was visible from the room. However, construction is underway, and I'm afraid the beautiful view will soon disappear. Overall, it was clean, although there was hair on the toilet floor. I would like the cleaning staff to pay attention to this. The hot water flowed immediately, there were no leaks from the shower stall. The towels are nice. The breakfast was good: the selection is small, but everything is of acceptable quality. I would like to have not only boiled eggs, but also fried eggs. Since I had an early check-out on the last day, the receptionist suggested I order a sandwich in advance. The entire hotel staff, including in the restaurant, was very friendly. My Wi-Fi was working very well. In general, the hotel has an excellent value for money.
Nice hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. There is a hairdryer in the toilet, but it is weak. There is a kettle, a safe, a refrigerator. On the first day, there were 2 bottles of water as a compliment.
The breakfasts are simple, but you can eat. Porridges, pancakes, eggs, sausages, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers.
Just a great location. In the heart of the city. But due to the fact that the hotel is located in an alley, it is quiet at night and you can sleep with the window open.
The price-quality ratio is super. I recommend it for unassuming tourists.
Good location, city center.
There are a lot of interesting places around.
Clean billet, cleaning every day.
There are breakfasts included in the room rate.
The staff is very polite and friendly.
A great hotel in the city center is the Mir hotel, a 24-hour store is 3 minutes away, there is a VTB ATM, an exchange office is 2 minutes walk away. Cascade is a 15-minute walk away. It's clean and cozy, the only building site in the courtyard starts working at 8:30.
Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Many thanks to the managers - they cordially and carefully resolved all issues, so that my wife and I still kindly remember this visit. Cozy rooms, excellent breakfast with a good selection of local products (delicious cottage cheese and sour cream, good cheeses, jams and honey, dried fruits, etc.).
It's a very nice hotel. The staff is attentive and welcoming. The breakfast is varied, large selection and delicious.
Many thanks to the EUROPA Hotel and its staff.
Sergey Ustinov. Volgogad city.
Great location. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Clean, courteous staff. Only. The room should not be booked on the ground floor. There's a subway below.
The location is the very center.
The service is decent.
The staff is warm-hearted, ready to help in any matter.
The room is 100 % satisfied%
The breakfasts are good and satisfying.
Great location. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. It's inconvenient that breakfast starts at 08:00. Many tours start at 09:00 and at the beginning of the 8th people are already leaving the hotel. I should have made breakfast earlier.
The staff is mostly polite.
Bad plumbing: everything leaks.
Nice hotel, convenient location, good breakfasts. The staff is pleasant and courteous, the rooms are clean. The only thing is, they don't give out dental cleaning supplies.
Well, such a hotel. Everything seems to be fine, but the rooms are small. As usual in other hotels, bottled water, tea, and coffee are provided in the room every day for free. Here it is done only on the day of check-in, then only for a fee. The breakfasts are good, the staff is pleasant.
A nice hotel with pleasant staff right in the city center and for very reasonable money. The breakfasts are good with lots of jams (and more) to choose from.
Accept Mir cards.
Not a bad hotel for your money:
- standard breakfast, delicious milk and omelette)
- nice rooms, a little dusting, but it doesn't spoil the overall picture in any way.
- very polite receptionists and all the staff in general
- the location is excellent - the city center
It's a good option for your money.
Great hotel. Good location in the city center, everything is nearby in 2-3 minutes on foot. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean. After lunch, I return - everything is tidied up, the bed is made. I definitely recommend it.
We were vacationing with my wife. Good location. The entire center is within walking distance. But at the same time away from noisy roads.
It is modest, clean, the staff is pleasant, everything corresponds to the price list.
A convenient hotel with its geolocation - almost every landmark can be easily reached. The buffet breakfast is balanced. The only thing is that there are not enough bathrobes in the room (
I am happy with the hotel. Polite staff. The sound insulation in the rooms is within acceptable limits (sometimes extraneous sounds are heard, but it did not interfere with rest). There is a welcome bottle of water in the room for the whole time. You can drink water from the tap. There is a shower gel, shampoo and soap (renew). The hair dryer is strange, with a nozzle like a vacuum cleaner, but it copes with the task. There is a TV with Russian channels. Iron and ironing board on one of the floors (but also available at 3 nights).
Breakfasts: pancakes, sausages, ham and sliced meat, cheese, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, eggs in shells, yogurt in a large container, sour cream, jams (cherry, apricot...), portioned yogurt in jars, bread, toaster, butter, fruit salad (grapefruit, apple, kiwi, orange), cereals, croissants (every other day), cupcake (lemon and chocolate), pita bread, apricot juice, tea, coffee. The breakfasts don't change.
The hotel is located on a quiet street. Cafes, restaurants, Republic Square, English Park, Noi Factory and Ararat are within walking distance. The cascade is literally 2 km from the hotel. Convenient location.
Such lovely girls at the reception. Everything was told, prompted. The breakfast is good, for every taste. The hotel is located in the city center, near the main streets and the colorful vernissage, which is open on weekends. The room is small but clean, the view was on the construction site, BUT in the morning you could see Ararat.
This is a good hotel.
1. Excellent location in the very center and just a stone's throw away. The opening day is around the corner.
2. Nice clean rooms with good bedding and cleaning
3. Quite a normal varied buffet breakfast.
The staff is very nice and friendly.

Clean, tidy and comfortable rooms, no problems or interruptions with water. A mattress is a traveler's dream after a long journey. The staff is very friendly. Excellent breakfasts. The most important thing is the city center. A good place at a good price.
The location is excellent, the heart of the city.A cozy, family-run hotel. The staff is attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean.Service within the desired range
Very clean, comfortable rooms
Friendly professional staff at the reception.
Delicious breakfasts
It was important for my daughter and me that they speak Russian
The hotel is located in the center, but the street is very quiet
I recommend it!!!
I was in Armenia for the second time, and for the second time I was convinced of the goodwill of the people and the training of the staff. We lived in a room for three - it was luxurious. The breakfasts are quite modest, but this did not spoil the impression of the hotel. And the location in the very center of the city is a dream for a tourist.
Your journey will begin with the fact that you will lift a suitcase or stroller up the stairs - there is no ramp at the entrance and you will carry everything in your arms. Then you will get to the room very tired.
I don't understand how you can fix 4 stars, there are a lot of two.
The rooms are small, the bed is clean, the room is clean.
And also the sounds of the subway, which will wake you up and the room shudders like an earthquake
A great hotel for reasonable money. All standards of the hotel business have been met. The staff is professional and friendly, they speak English, and there are many foreigners among the guests. Very clean and well maintained. The windows of the breakfast room overlook the fence of some eternal construction site, so a very nice garden was laid out there, it's nice to have breakfast looking at it. The rooms are neat and comfortable, there is a large table, a master switch by the bed, the only thing that could be improved is to place sockets by the bed. The Wi-fi is quite working. I definitely recommend it.
A very comfortable hotel. In the very center of Yerevan. The staff is on top!!!! The room is always clean. Breakfast is a buffet. Hot dishes and lots of snacks.
The room on the 4th floor is a little cramped for two, but this is not critical, but the audibility is unusual on the floor: speech, sounds are not audible, but when the neighbors' mobile phone fell, I clearly thought that mine. In the shower, the water temperature changes too much.
I don't know the price - a business trip.
I liked the location, the breakfast is great!

Convenient location, the hotel is within walking distance from Republic Square. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfasts are not bad, at the level of a 3-star hotel
Very clean and very nice staff.
It is located in the very center.
The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi in the room worked very poorly (we moved from one to another as we extended the trip) and still the Wi-Fi was constantly turned off, if you go for work, keep in mind.
Professional and friendly staff. The girls at the reception are super!!! They even filled out a questionnaire for me in Armenian. Convenient location. (only the noise of construction outside the window interferes ...) Clean, well maintained. Sooo delicious fig jam...
A great hotel in the very center. The breakfasts are modest, but you can eat. I would like to wish the hotel prosperity and be sure to add scrambled eggs to the menu. And so in general everything is fine
Due to the heated Yerevan market, the room price does not match the quality. The photos on the booking page look better than in reality. For breakfast - "the menu is modest, but nutritious" (c). The disadvantages are compensated by attentive and responsive staff.
I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. On the day of check-in, there was 1 bottle of 0.5 water. For all the days of stay, no more water was provided, so people who need to take pills have nothing to wash them down with. At the same time, there is a kettle and one tea bag, which no one will replenish for you if you deigned to drink on the first day. Therefore, buy water and tea additionally. Next, if you suddenly run out of toilet paper in the first few days (the roll is super small, and your family is more than 1 person), go to the store. The walls are only made of drywall, if the roommate snores, you will not fall asleep, if you are with the children, wait for them to fall asleep and you will fall asleep.
Yes, plus, you're right in the middle.
Breakfasts, as people wrote, are meager. But at the cost of sausage, meat and sausages in the store (they are made of toilet paper in the store), these products are very decent. Cheeses are excellent and meat products, if you have cleaned everything out, they will definitely replenish it. You won't stay hungry for breakfast. The trouble is, this is a thermos with hot water, the water runs out quickly, and it is difficult to find staff who will fill the thermos. In general, the hotel is on a meager three, although the girls at the reception work very well. And yet, for all 4 days at breakfast, the pita bread was with blue mold, so with a creaking heart I left it on the plate. I really wanted to eat this national bread of Armenia. Not to be confused with blue mold cheese.
