We visited this hotel twice: in September 2015 and in September 2017. Four people stayed: three adults and 1 child.
The room is large enough, with a kitchen (refrigerator, stove-slow, pots, kettle, dishes - a little but in sufficient quantity), the furniture is not new, but in good condition. When we lived on the ground floor, there were ants on the balcony, but they did not bother us in the room. I.e., the room is quite comfortable.
According to the nutrition, we had breakfasts + dinners.
The breakfasts are the same in assortment (muesli, 2-3 types of eggs, buns, vegetables - generally a standard European breakfast). Dinners are different every day by topic, by composition: sliced salads, 2-3 side dishes and 2-3 main dishes, the choice is small but you will not stay hungry. For dessert, there are several types of fruits, 2-3 types of cakes and 4 ice cream - very tasty.
Russian-speaking staff. Room cleaning, change of towels every day, bed every three days.
The hotel is relatively close to the Center - it is easy with a child to walk to the lunopark in the evening when the sun is not hot, near the street of bars - but it is not noisy at all, but it is far from the sea on foot: the nearest beach is rocky and 15 minutes away, and Nissi beach is 40 minutes on foot, preferably by bus or car. We took a car, the hotel has free convenient Parking - the cars are in the shade and do not heat up. A cozy hotel with delicious breakfasts. There is a lot of infrastructure nearby. It's not far from the center. The beach is really a 20-30 minute walk away. But it is convenient to get along the embankment.

It's fine for three stars. The dinners are great, the breakfasts are very budget-friendly. The beaches are a bit far - the nearest is a 15-minute walk. Sitting on the beach all day with children, even under an umbrella, is not an option - it is hard and very hot. Therefore, you have to walk a lot (at +34) or take a bus / taxi

at first, we checked in a room with a broken
shower, but then quickly, the issue was resolved and a master came to us and fixed everything.
the hotel is in a good location- you can't hear the noise from night parties, but this is also a disadvantage, since it's decent to stomp to nissi beach and mokronisos on foot in the heat. You will have to get there either by bus or by your own transport.

Breakfasts are like everywhere else, dinners are delicious and there is something new every day. The rooms are old and in need of repair. We checked in strictly at 14:00. Room cleaning is as lucky as the maid, but towels are changed every day. Quiet and peaceful, well suited for families with young children. There are almost no young people.

The hotel is exactly three stars - no more, no less. The rooms are old, but they are cleaned every day. Towels were changed every three days. The bedding didn't seem to have been changed in a week. The restaurant is good: hearty breakfasts, for every taste; themed dinners are different every day, there are a lot of different meats, mashed soups are only one kind. There is a swimming pool, gym, Parking for cars. If you don't expect five-star service from a three-star hotel, then the hotel is very good! We were satisfied. I took off the star for the old rooms
