I booked a hotel through the Tinkoff app, arriving at the hotel, a not friendly girl at the reception told us check-in at 14.30, we left our things and went to lunch. After lunch, they decided to put us not in a hotel, but across the street in an apartment, which we strongly disagreed with, because the hotel and premium room were indicated in the booking, after two and a half hours of bullying and calls to Tinkoff, we paid 40 € and checked into the hotel. Tinkoff compensated 40€ after 4 days. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, it's just that there were no places where we constantly stay in Bristol.
A neat, inexpensive hotel with all amenities in a very beautiful location. At the reception, the staff speaks English, Russian, Italian, German and other languages. Very competent and friendly staff. Thanks a lot to Vera and her partner at the reception.
It totally sucks! The room is dirty, although they were checked in only at 15.00, they couldn't clean it in any way! The reception is creepy, the administrators are hidden somewhere behind a counter with glass, probably left over from the time of Covid.
For a number of years, (over 14!) stayed at this hotel. Convenient location, next to the metro; in the next entrance there is a restaurant, in the hotel itself there is a delicious breakfast with hot dishes. Friendly staff, in the dining room there is a terrace for smokers. In short, I will survive the pandemic, I will definitely come back!!!🎀🏆🎉
In general, I liked it, relatively close to both the railway station and the tourist center - Sabora, etc. There is a cool park and several excellent restaurants nearby. But it's expensive.
