The store has a wide selection of tiles and porcelain stoneware made in Russia, Turkey, India, and Uzbekistan. But there is a but. We made an order and paid for it. And the next day, we got a call from the store and were told that the tiles were out of stock. We ordered another tile, and it's the same story again. Maybe it's not the store's fault. But it's not nice to mislead customers. The buyer has the right to have information about the products, and not waste time choosing tiles, calculating the quantity and placing an order. We have been to this store 4 times. If the factories find out the demand, then this should be reported in advance, and not after placing the order.

The sellers are not competent. Especially Olga. Definitely not to contact her.
They offer a free tile layout, but they don't have a good command of the program on a PC. It takes a lot of time.
They brought tiles of different batches and with different sizes., to which Olga said, it happens. I advise you to check the tile size at delivery before the machine is unloaded. Since the tile has different sizes, we had to return it. They refused to provide movers for a refund, they had to hire movers for 120 rubles.
The tile was returned, but the unpleasant aftertaste, as they say, remained. Nobody compensated 120 rubles. Nerves, strength, time and money were spent.
I do not recommend dealing with this organization.
