I've never been a client, but I live nearby, I pass by every day. The staff is always nice and tidy. Large convenient Parking, comfortable benches nearby. The top is a separate 24/7 zone where you can withdraw money or pay for something. I hope the NFC module will finally be installed in the ATM, then it will be completely over the roof
