The most disgusting bank. I changed the phone operator, so I came to the bank to have the data corrected. I took the ticket, sat down with an employee, wrote a statement, took copies of the documents, set up the application, and was told that everything was done. As a result, the card stopped working the next day, I found it in the store at the checkout. The application also refused to accept data. Calls to the hotline were limited only to the robot's responses. There was no such situation with cards from other banks, where changing the number was quick and hassle-free. The most disgusting bank.

Boorish attitude towards customers. I got a call from the Eurasian Bank that the loan application has been approved, come to the nearest bank branch. I came to Pushkin. The manager was rude to me, rudely saying that you should not believe everything that Call Center managers say, as a result, the mood is spoiled.
