On the plus side, the relatively polite staff is located near the house. There are many disadvantages! The first one, on a day off, a public holiday and after 18:00, it is unrealistic to pay the loan. There are few bank branches, most of them work until 18:00, in general, you take money at high interest rates and pay a huge problem! They're rude in the call center. This is a bank that needs to be avoided!
I have been working at this bank for more than 15 years. The changes are only going for the better. I joined this department about 5 years ago. Now my manager is Gaini Gazizovna. It takes your breath away from her and her work. And the specialist is excellent and just beautiful!
