A beautiful guest house with a gorgeous panoramic roof and a view from the window near the center of Batumi. We came by car for a few days, we wanted a quiet area, close to the city center, and we didn't lose out. Parking is available on site, although not large. The room is simple, clean, with everything you need. There is no TV in the room, but there is in the spacious common hall. The sea is 300 meters away. The center is 6 km away, we got there very quickly. There is a shared kitchen where there is everything for comfortable cooking. And what are the views from the panoramic platform... It takes your breath away! The hosts are very friendly and hospitable people. Thank them very much for the warm welcome. I definitely recommend this place! If we come to Batumi again, we will only stay here.

A great place to stay in Batumi!
We recently stayed in this wonderful guest house, and were completely delighted! The hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts welcomed us as their loved ones.
The guest house has an excellent renovation and a convenient location - just 5 minutes from the sea, which is very convenient. There is silence and an abundance of greenery, which creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The rooms are clean and cozy, new furniture and comfortable beds add comfort.
The GORGEOUS view from the windows and the roof terrace is simply unforgettable! There is also the possibility of parking near the house, which is very convenient for travelers by car.
The hotel has a homemade cafe where you can eat delicious food, as well as an equipped kitchen for self-cooking. Everything you need for cooking is available.
I would like to thank the host separately - he is a really wonderful person! We were delighted to be here and are already planning our next visit. Next time, just come here!!!

Hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts!!!!Excellent guest house: good repair, convenient location (the sea is 4 minutes away, silence, abundance of greenery), the rooms are clean, cozy, new furniture (comfortable bed). GREAT view from the windows and roof terrace. Parking near the house. There is an opportunity to eat at a home cafe., as well as cook by yourself. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Special thanks to the owner - a wonderful man - when our car broke down, he provided maximum assistance in solving this problem.
We are thrilled! Next time, just come here!!!
