I have booked a perfume, certain, specific volume. I arrived earlier than I even planned. I followed them through the whole city, as they were nowhere to be found. And the consultant sold them without waiting for me. The reservation was for an hour and a half, arrived in 45 minutes. What's the joke?? I'm very disappointed, why the reservation then??? And the excuses are stupid. After that, I don't even want to buy products from you. If you are afraid that no one will pick up the perfume by booking, then there is nothing to book!!!!!!
