very good location. it is very cozy and beautiful both in the room and in the hotel itself, the design of the hotel is impressive. We were with a small child, we were warmly welcomed, we were treated to coffee. We recommend it!

One plus is the location.
THE MOST THRASH:
There is no sound insulation by 500%. You can hear a man breathing in the bathroom in the next room, and everything else too.
The hotel rents rooms by the hour. We had a situation that in the next room for 3 hours a couple was very loudly engaged in c***. The manager denies that they rent rooms by the hour. But when we moved out at night, the situation repeated itself. Be prepared to listen very closely to everything related to this.
Some rooms have a window facing the tunnel (rooms 3 and 4), there is no daylight. In others, the windows overlook the road - it's noisy.
3 days ago, a bar was opened on the 1st floor, where music and partying at night.
If you want to get some sleep, you DON'T need to come here.
At the same time, the prices for this hotel are high for such trash.
The rooms are very small. Double beds are made of two and a half, which is not very convenient. Blankets are also one and a half, they asked for a second one. Cleanliness is at an average level

Hotel bottom.
Towels are not changed often, it is almost impossible to get a shampoo gel.
The door to our room did not open completely, at night when the curtains were drawn - they turned out to be torn.
There is no workplace, the audibility is wild.
2 advantages - location and good breakfasts.
