Overall, I can say that I liked the hotel: the rooms are spacious with new stylish furniture, a varied mini bar, and good cosmetics. I enjoyed the events and workshops. We managed to go to wine tasting, whiskey tasting, meditation in the pool on inflatable mattresses and meditation with cocoa. It was interesting and informative)
The food is great, the alcohol is excellent, there are no complaints.
Now the cons:
1. The strong smell of sewage after rains on the ground floor of the hotel, where all restaurants and cafes are located.
2. It was very stuffy everywhere, probably because the heating was on, it was cool outside. But there is a feeling that there is a problem with ventilation.
3. Lack of staff. It feels like the guys are trying, they just don't have enough hands) there was no welcome wine, coffee, tea, or snacks in the room upon arrival. I had to ask for everything. When asked to bring water, extra blankets, they could answer "ok" and bring nothing.
For the first 2 days, no one came up to the lobby bar and offered drinks. The guests themselves went to the lobby bar and stood in line. I think this is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
4. I would like personal assistants to send me the full program of events for the day. Because I had to ask about all the master classes additionally. We found out about many events by chance.
5. There are not enough Russian-speaking animators in the mini club. For the first time, the children did not bring any crafts from the hotel. I saw that many children spend a long time playing PlayStation games or stuck on their phones. No one invites them to games and classes.
6. I didn't really like the view from the deluxe forest view room. It's a long way to the forest, and there's a large parking lot and a road in front of the windows. Our friends generally looked like a pipe from which steam was constantly pouring out. In this hotel, it makes sense to immediately pay extra for the sea view
And in the end, I would like to note that I would hardly have come here with the children in the summer heat. There is very little shade on the hotel grounds, almost no trees, and it will be very hot. Young people and bloggers will definitely like it here, there are a lot of Instagram locations

Nice hotel:
Of the advantages
1) one of the best children's clubs - next season, I hope it will be even better.
2) Large spacious modern room.
3) excellent sun beds on the beach.
4) Delicious chocolate, spacious restaurant.
5) I liked the service in all areas of the hotel - clearly, quickly - well done.
6) A good choice of alcohol is better than cullinan, Rixos premium,ng.
7) Paddle tennis court.
8) meditation type .
9) we checked in at 9 a.m. - we didn't ask for money. Thank you.
Of the cons :
1) the hotel is new - and made for a blunder. It's better not to look too closely.
2) there is no basketball or football field: only one tennis court, no playing area with equipment; no darts, bocce.
3) the food in the restaurant is so-so, you won't leave hungry, but the choice is not super big
4) swimming pool with slides for children without heating. How it was designed is not clear. There is only one warm pool ( and it was not super heated ) .
5) There is no rest room.
6) the music of 75% of the repertoire sucks.
7) tennis rackets and balls for money.
8) the board is laid crookedly on the pier, the legs are damaged
Conclusion : it does not reach the premium , the price is too high . For the same money, cullinan will be preferable .
