I was looking for an apartment with renovated and already furnished furniture, so that I could immediately come and live in it. I want to file a complaint against realtor Nikita I. Krivonogov for unfair work. He advertised an apartment that was not legalized, which is why I had to wait a whole week for a registration certificate. Then I waited another week for the bail to be closed, and after that, another week due to problems with the arrest and taxes of the owner.
As a result, three weeks later, by agreement, all the furniture that was in the apartment at the time of the inspection was to remain. However, old furniture was brought in instead. Thus, Nikita failed not only me, but also his colleague.
Realtors like Nikita ruin the company's reputation and undermine the trust of customers. Please take action against this employee.
