We were at the hotel in October 2019, in general, a very good hotel, we had an improved two-room room, 2 rooms (one with a bed for a child, the second with a double bed for my husband and me) everything is clean, tidy, towels are provided, soap was in the bathroom, shampoo. of course, the building is not new, the renovation is also, but the location is excellent, in the very center, everything is nearby. The breakfasts are good, 3 warm dishes (eggs, sausages, scrambled eggs), Milk, breakfast cereals, pastries, sliced meat and cheese (cheese is different, even with mold), juice, there is a coffee machine. In general, I recommend it, I don't even mind going back there again.

We stayed at the Ester Hotel from April 14 to 28, 2019.The hotel is for non-demanding tourists. If anyone expects that it will be like in a 5* hotel here, then you are not here. But to be honest, I would come back here again. They were greeted warmly, they understand Russian and even speak it. This is already(+), The hotel is within walking distance of everything, too(+)On the contrary(!) A hospital, and a good one (+)!Excellent(!!!) Breakfast!(++)Respect to the chef!!Very tasty pastries!!! We had dinner at the Astoria Hotel, heaven and earth. The waiters are friendly, they immediately removed empty plates.No one was standing over my soul. The room has bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a safe, a TV with Russian-language channels. Of the disadvantages, not high-quality cleaning, but the maid is again very friendly, she did not spoil the mood due to poor-quality cleaning, she decided for herself, it was not difficult to wipe the dust herself, and the maid kindly asked to vacuum. That's it! Comfortable beds, but not comfortable pillows, there was still a lack of a second pillow, or one, but more, but this did not spoil the mood.We were just lucky with the weather! It was warm and sunny, we walked a lot. For the first time I saw cherry blossoms and magnolias, and a lot of other beautiful flowers, there are a lot of places where you can taste delicious Czech cuisine and drink good Czech beer. I think that the holiday in Karlovy Vary was a success! They left with the desire to come back again. Thanks to everyone who left a warm trace in the soul!!!

Great location. The rooms are clean and spacious. The room is warm. Good breakfasts. There is an elevator. Of the cons: there is no shower curtain and a bad faucet, a TV remote control with two buttons.
