I have been a client of the center for many years. I can say that some of the best cosmetologists and cosmetologists in the city work here. But the administrators of the center leave much to be desired. The administrator could not figure out the conflict that arose during my recording, although I showed her the entire conversation during the recording. In response, I initially heard an incomprehensible story about how I had a conversation with her in correspondence (which was not there, which my profile confirmed), then she tried to prove that it was another publication that we talked about (which again was not confirmed by the existing correspondence), then she said that nothing could be found out since they have already deleted these publications, and I will not be accepted in any case, since they have a CLIENT for this time. And I started communicating with another client, to whose remark that they really had a failure in the records and overlays, the administrator, meaning me, said that this was MY mistake in the days they recorded, although as I wrote above, this does NOT confirm the existing dialogue with the administrator. Leaving the center, they offered me to talk to a marketer and maybe get a discount. With this formulation and form of treatment, I had a clear understanding that I was NOT a client of this center, despite the long visit time. I recommend that you think before contacting this center, so as not to get into such an unpleasant situation as me.

I visited this center for dental treatment and ear piercing and wart removal. I
signed up for nitrogen removal of warts. It was already the 3rd or fourth time. Warts in the same places on the arm. We went to the office and performed the procedure within 2 minutes. It came to payment and I was billed for some kind of consultation that no one conducted. Or do not wash your hands for 2 hours, this was the consultation. And without consultation, it is impossible to carry out the procedure for a client coming 3 times. They replied that no, these are the conditions of the center! I do not advise anyone, it is better to do it in a dispensary several times cheaper and without cheating.
It's probably really bad if you have to resort to such tricks with consultations and other things.

In October 2023, she removed a dermotrofibroma of 2 mm. First, they made an appointment with a surgeon. He sent me to a dermatologist to have it removed with a laser. Recorded for laser removal. I come to the dermatologist, she let me be outraged that I came to her, while she explained that the surgeon sent me here. As a result, she burned a huge hole in my leg, told me not to smear or glue anything, but for some reason prescribed an expensive cream designed for superficial dermatological procedures. The burnt hole took a very long time to heal, and when it finally healed, a dense dark-colored formation appeared in this place, much larger than the dermotrofibroma being removed.
Now, not only does my leg look terrible, but we also need to look for a specialist who will fix everything (I hope this is a benign formation) I wish I hadn't contacted this sub-center!!!!!
