I rent a VIP room for two at 50 units per person. The VIP client has a lot of privileges, most importantly, they take a nap without waiting in line and do an enema in the room.
Yes, it's not clean, it's not neat, it stinks, but everything overlaps with the treatment, and most importantly, an impressive result.

The most valuable thing in our lives is HEALTH, I think that we can close our eyes to some of the clinic's imperfections.

It's a complete mess! The managers at Malham are rude, unskilled, they do not know how to communicate with people, they do not know how to talk. Everyone is behaving like at a bazaar. There is no patient support at all. The doctor appeared only on the last day, when we decided not to continue the treatment, although we intended to persuade us to extend it. Some kind of intermediaries. Unsanitary conditions. And it's in a new hotel across the street from the old hotel. The head nurse said there are mice, which indicates a complete lack of disinfection and unsanitary conditions. The elementary installation of a ticket issuance device for the malham queue would solve a huge problem.

I am writing a review for the sanatorium / clinic "Ergash Ota", which is located 70 km from Samarkand.
We arrived after lunch and were immediately horrified by the conditions of the clinic, dirty and untidy, it looks like a courtyard. For 3 hours(!) we were registered and checked in.
Initially, we expected other prices, but before our arrival, the prices were raised.
We chose the room "M/Suite A B" with the expectation of a suite, but everything looks like an old shabby hostel. Everything in the room is very minimal, they say it's a new building, but everything stinks (bathroom, beds)
I had a feeling of bedbugs, all my legs itched.
It's also a new building (I'm afraid to imagine an old building).
We couldn't stand the stench and went to sort out the registration so that they would give us a room that wasn't smelly.
The guy at the registration started swearing at her a lot and this became an important point in our decision to leave.
The price includes accommodation, teas on the 2nd floor (6 kettles with different teas a la choleretic, etc.), massage 30 minutes a day, enema, malham (this is the most important feature of treatment), physiotherapy, bed linen, towel, toothbrushes and paste, soap and shower gel.
That is, massage oil must be bought separately, it is also necessary to drink 2 liters of apple juice a day, which also needs to be bought, any excesses must be bought.
We thought yesterday that okay, they gave us a better room, we'll go to the procedures and everything is fine.
Initially, we went for 10 days, then we paid for 5 days and if you like it, we will buy more.
I should have gone to drink this malham this morning.
Malham is a secret recipe for the treatment of doctor Ergashev Berdikul, which tastes like oil + lemon juice + herbs. You come into a small room and drink 1 glass of this malham.
A queue of 40 people at malham, it is necessary to go without shoes (we were not warned about this and we were in slates without socks, and now imagine the flow of people who walk there with bare feet sick).
After drinking malham, you need to put a hot water bottle on your side for 2 hours and lie down, it cleans from the inside from slags, stones, etc.

But the most terrible thing about this whole story is that everything is disorganized, everything is dirty and unsanitary.
We were not given the key to the new room and we could not leave the room open, construction is still underway in the "new" building and there is 1 working elevator for the entire building.
When we went to drink this malham, this chief "doctor" himself pours it there and his mother asked him, "Why is everything so disorganized? They gave us a smelly room."
He's like, "Moscow wasn't built right away either."
after that, we decided to leave after 1 day of staying there, we went to the cashier to return the money.
we were refunded, thank God, but withheld $ 60 for all kinds of shower gels, towels, dental supplies, etc.
by the way, when registering, you need to write a receipt by hand saying that if something goes missing, then we will have no complaints, and also that we will not be against treatment and fully agree with everything and we will not ask for money back.
Then, today, when we were packing up and about to leave, 2 nurses came up and were like, "Oh why are you leaving, don't leave, you'll like it!"
They offered a cool presidential room and said that all procedures would be done in our room without queues and hassle, but it's necessary to pay extra for each $ 50 per day.
