on 26.03.2025, I left my car that I bought 3 months ago to the Erel Maltepe authorized volkwagen service for annual maintenance, the service official made the car in the photo by hitting the wall (camera recording is available). They said to drive the business downhill and sue for loss of value. We are currently in mediation, but they do not have a positive pro-customer approach at all. The fender and headlight have been changed, the bumper and hood have been painted. I went with confidence, but I wish I hadn't gone through his door. The car is a 2023 model faultless golf gti, they cooled it down from the car I bought with love.

My vehicle has had an accident and a serious loss in value has occurred due to its entry into the vehicle status. We are currently in a mediator, but the value of our vehicle is ignored and ignored. This approach is contrary to both commercial morality and consumer rights. What an understanding of authorized service is this!
