Recently, it has become much more expensive than before, it is unclear what this is related to. Nevertheless, it is very close to the sea, which suits me. The breakfasts are also excellent, and the cleanliness and order in the hotel are also excellent.

It's just awful. Air conditioners don't really work, sheets with yellow spots, bedspreads and pillowcases with holes. There is no breakfast.
