I bought a video card in this store on 02/17/2017 and not the cheapest. Firstly, there were already traces of use on the card and the packaging was not sealed! (which was later indicated in the warranty card, although I didn't even use it for a day), but it's half the trouble. The problem is that the card turned out to be defective and the cooler is spinning at 100% from the start. The service center didn't really tell me how long the repair would take (which also alerted me, because I gave my hard-earned money now, and they will return it to me in a month at best). As a result, I called (no one was going to call me) on the tenth of March to find out how things were with the card, to which the service center operator told me that nothing depended on them and some information was expected from the retailer and it was unknown when (and offered me some kind of information in return another video card, to which I refused, because I ordered from you exactly the card that I want). A TERRIBLE STORE if you have any problems with the product.
