I didn't like dentistry at all, I came to a consultation and, on the advice of a doctor, had a tooth extraction, took a picture, injected anesthesia, but when they started to remove the tooth, I felt pain, which I informed the doctor, to which he replied that he had given me two injections, "then remove the tooth in your city,"I certainly did not imagine this I could have started work and not completed it, how is this possible, no, to continue anesthesia and finish the job, but no....When I asked for cotton wool , because there was blood in my mouth , the doctor told me why I didn't touch anything there... I took a napkin and left, just paying for the injections. It was difficult for me to imagine such a thing in the 21st century... the vaunted doctor simply could not anesthetize properly and remove the tooth, what kind of implants could we even talk about (initially I was sent to him for a consultation on the installation of implants and at the same time for removal) I didn't want to put implants, as well as go to this clinic again....I won't recommend it to anyone....And my tooth was safely removed in my city by a doctor who was not afraid of difficulties.I hope the doctor who didn't do the job recognizes himself…

unfortunately, I had to end my cooperation with this dentistry, I tried to be a loyal customer, I even gave a good rating initially, but somehow it did not work out. The staff is quite pleasant, everyone is more or less polite, but some dentists are deaf to the requests of patients, in general, they are not very happy, the process itself was delayed, there were times when they simply did not make an appointment for reasons unknown to me, although the appointed time for the visit has already come. Somehow the picture was not delivered to the doctor, I was driving through the whole city during working hours to get to an appointment, and the doctor reports that there is no picture, it was not delivered, which prevented me from calling / writing and warning that there would be no reception, was it postponed? nothing, it's just that someone doesn't care about the patient's time, as long as it's good for himself. They put a tooth, it became physically difficult to talk, you have to strain something that never strained in conversation, I thought I'd get used to it, but I wasn't used to it, they didn't get into the color slightly, there was a pronounced speech defect that no one warned about, but they actively told me what and how it would be put, but I didn't care how the process would happen if the end result did not satisfy me, I told the doctor about it - the doctor ignored it, apparently he is a doctor, he sees it that way.
Only one doctor, unfortunately I do not remember the name, it seems there was a hearing aid - the only one I was 100% satisfied with, did what I also came for and corrected the neighboring tooth, having previously shown that in the future it could make itself felt, for which I immediately received full approval to do everything right and he did, a wonderful doctor, but either he left, or he transferred to another profile, it was not possible to get to him anymore.
But the relatives go to suit them, let's assume that my subjective experience turned out to be sad, for how long I've been thinking about how to deal with a tooth, living with such a thing as they did is extremely inconvenient for me

After unsuccessful dental treatment from another doctor, I decided to contact Era dentistry to correct the problem. The recording was for Sec. E.A. I can't say anything except kind words. Evgeny Leontievich is a professional in his field. I didn't even feel like I was put under anesthesia, although I had a little fear after previous treatment elsewhere. The tooth itself is no longer bothered. The prices are affordable. Healthy and beautiful teeth are now only in the Era.

The guys at the polyclinic are gorgeous compared to stamed (they do everything on rather anesthetics, they didn't even work, they pulled out alive)and a cocktail party (where eternally dissatisfied doctors still discuss your teeth and show off). Era is number 1 in Kostanay, I removed 2 molars today, I didn't even feel anything, the price is normal, I never wrote reviews, but there is one respect, doctors with a capital letter.If you delete it, then only here I advise you not to regret it
