The delivery service was not bad until the courier was able to give change 2 rubles from 5.
I work in the office, near a shopping center, kiosks, etc.
And how did the couriers get it who have no change of 1, 2, 3 rubles and smile so affably. Apparently, they get a good increase in a day.
Couriers of other services in such cases change money nearby in Belsoyuzpechat, and raccoons are waiting for handouts.
It's already pissed me off. I said no change, I can't take the order. And the courier disappeared for 40 minutes.
I went to the mall, bought lunch for 3 people, we almost finished it, and then the calls from the administrator began demanding to pick up the order.
Why do I need a cold order from an idiot courier (this is not an insult, this is a diagnosis), who, having received 55 rubles in his hands, cannot change 5 at a nearby kiosk? I'm not looking forward to handing over 79 rubles.

They retroactively change the delivery time, which is paid. The agreed time is not observed. And this is with free roads and a short distance from the establishment to the client! Their software freezes, it is not convenient for customers and couriers. I do not recommend it!!!
