It's a very nice hotel. We took a two-room family suite. Spacious rooms. Nice furniture, comfortable beds. Breakfast is not bad. The only thing was not enough brewed coffee. There is a gym and parking nearby. Polite staff.
Great hotel! It is clear that the owner did not save money) Underfloor heating, mattresses, bedding, plumbing, furniture, everything is fine! The breakfasts are delicious!!! WiFi in the room, The reception is also great! Great hotel, I recommend it!!!!
I didn't understand!
The material quality of the hotel is very good.
The lady who made breakfast is very good.
The lady who was at the morning reception is very well.
The breakfast is very good.
So why 1 star?
Friends working at the evening reception kept us waiting for 30 minutes because we were going to have problems at the airport. Instead of a $ 300 airport fine for not giving us registration papers in the hotels we stayed in before, they wanted to register us for an extra 2 days and asked for $ 6 money.
I asked about this at the airport.
They took our money until they officially overwhelmed us.
we agreed on 3 nights. There were renovations at the hotel every night. The renovation took place at 8 am. Last night I got angry and this is a hotel. I said the hotel means to sleep and rest, and the friends who took the money from us said it would end today, and when they got angry, the renovation stopped.
When we were going to check out, a discussion broke out when we were given the registration paper for the time we had left for 2 days.
I explained the situation to the girl at the reception. We paid the registration money for the days we didn't stay at your place. When I asked why you wrote on the day of our 2-day stay instead of 3 days, another male receptionist started causing problems.
According to her, she was on her guard because the male receptionist was aware of everything. At the end of an hour-long conversation, the hotel owner came and asked what the problem was, and he was very interested. He asked the reception about the problem, but he told us that there was already no registration for the old one, they took it for a new registration.
We said that the prices were included in the register, we reported that we were not asked for such a thing at any hotel. But they took maybe 50 somersaults because of $6. I can't imagine why the business owner was silent for $ 6 in exchange for building such a luxurious hotel. It's actually obvious from the services he does that he doesn't value money, I wonder if he stayed so quiet to avoid suppressing a trick the receptionist did.
I am writing from the airport while writing this article. When the police at the airport asks for the phone, they say that there is no such obligation, but when a Turkish citizen stays in a city for 3 consecutive days, at least a register should be considered under the name of having a record. The reason is that the record of staying at home in a tent is unclear. But it's not necessarily so.
