On October 12, a notice was brought about the replacement of the meter. The disabled husband of the 2nd group called to clarify . He was told how the application would be done in one day. On October 15, a pregnant person waited in line for 1.5 hours, purchased a meter from them and made an application. An electrician was supposed to arrive on the 18th. During the day, on the 18th, we made 2 calls, where we were very sharply answered: wait during the day until 17.30. We waited until 19.00. There was no electrician or additional calls with apologies, because we left work, there was no. He was not there on Saturday and the following week. My husband called several times, the explanation is the same, there are many applications. 29.10 my husband called again and asked me very much any day, from 13.00 to 14.30, so as not to take time off from work once again. The conversation was with me, it was scheduled for Friday (01.11) at the specified time.On Friday, when they called again at 14.10, they answered the same thing during the day. Then it was impossible to reach either the reception or the dispatcher. Would you like to ask if there is any conscience left for those working in this organization? And how, with such a negligent and unfair attitude to their duties, can they be set as an example to other public utilities?.
