Работал на рефтинской ГРЭС, условия нормальные. Но организация труда, просто неуд. Специфика работы на высоте, но это не мешает, очень сильно грязно и работать приходится при температуре 60-70 градусов. Отношение к людям отвратительное. Мастер рвач, плюсы зарабатывает. Не знаю парни, есть желание попробовать вперёд. Но по мне, с такой организацией труда не стоит.
