The house of workers of Astana REC.An enclosed courtyard.There is a school and a kindergarten nearby.Not a bad location.It's not cold in winter.There are small shops in the courtyard.

A good LCD. Very good location, a lot of kindergartens nearby, a large school, a 10-minute walk from KazGUU. Quiet courtyard, closed. In general, it's the best thing for living with children.

The house is warm, the brick walls are thick. The neighbors are inaudible , the playground is in the shadow of the house and the football field too . I like video surveillance and the barrier.
