A vacation spot that you may not get to!
We booked a sauna on 23/02/2023 from 18:00 to 23:00. We arrived with the children, and unfortunately, due to the greed of the management of this enterprise, they made a double reservation. After standing at the gate, we still got into the territory. There is no administrator on the territory, who always has a day off on the phone. We decided to check with the watchman why they didn't call us and warn us not to come, given that the sauna is located outside the city, we spent precious time on a taxi. After waiting about 2.5 hours, we were finally offered to wait until 21:00 and we would be launched into the sauna immediately. We were with children who go to bed at 22:00 and this option does not suit us.
Minuses:
1. The attitude towards the guests is disgusting;
2. A book of complaints and suggestions is presented, which is not designed correctly (i.e. profanity is provided)
3. There is no information about the administrator's work schedule and office schedule (the administrator is always off and, accordingly, it is impossible to solve the problem)
3 Sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules are not observed (since they decided to provide a sauna immediately after the previous guests left without removing it)
I don't see any advantages and I can't write about them since we didn't get into the sauna. They didn't offer to send us back home, they didn't offer to call a taxi.
After making a photo and video fixation, we sent a complaint to this company for further investigation.
Conclusion: we do not recommend visiting this place of rest because of the attitude of the administration, so not only can you not get there, but taking into account hygiene, you can also catch an infection that will be more expensive to cure than this sauna

Great camp. My son is delighted. For the 4th year in a row, I didn't want to leave. The cost is higher than in other camps, but it's worth it. Laser tag, fireshow, swimming pool, discos under the tent, interesting contests, competitions and other events every day. Everything is fine. I recommend

It is located away from crowded buildings. A separate territory in a forest area, fenced. There is a lake nearby. Mosquitoes get annoying in the evening. Good nutrition. Child care leaves much to be desired.
