Me and my friends was in this restaurant in Friday, and booked one more visit on today (Tuesday).
The food was rather good, tasty meet, not so fresh, but good dessert. there was a dancers show that was really good.
But when we came in Tuesday with all our friends (it was special event before leaving, we would like to see sunset from the roof before) - the staff said, that they prefer give a sit to the tourist group, and our booking was declined. That’s really so disrespectful to the guests! They spoiled our evening plans.
It is very important to keep agreements, without it there is no trust

We recently visited one of the best Uzbek cuisine restaurants in Samarkand and were very impressed! The atmosphere of the establishment pleases with comfort and authentic interior, and the view of Registan cannot go unnoticed.
I would especially like to mention the amazing dishes: the chuchwara is simply incomparable, and the samsa with a juicy filling with chicken and thin puff pastry literally melted in my mouth.
I would like to say a special thanks to the waiter Nigor. She was incredibly sweet and attentive, and thanks to her recommendations, the dinner was held at the highest level.
P.S. we celebrated the New Year in this restaurant, it was incredible!

The place is great!
The restaurant is very well located, the upper open veranda overlooks the Registan, albeit from the side.
The cuisine is good, the service is fast, the staff is excellent.

We visited this restaurant with my family. Good service, fast delivery, pleasant atmosphere. Very decent cuisine. But the price tag also corresponds to + 15% service. I want to share my experience of visiting this institution. 10 people came in the company, the table was booked in advance.
Next in order:
1. The setting. Beautiful place, atmospheric roof terrace. There are many tables on different levels.
We were sitting at a table on the veranda under a speaker and the music was playing so that we shouted at each other at the table.
2. Food. There was a lot of pain. I ordered Dorado with sauce, Thai broccoli. Everything was missing. I changed the order to Arabyatta, where the chili pepper was indicated in the dish, but there was no sharpness at all in the dish I brought. I asked two different waiters to bring me hot sauce and silence (they forgave me THREE times!!!). My dish was cold and it was impossible to eat it. Redone, but also without a hint of sharpness. I had to eat because I was very hungry.
A lemon was ordered at the table, which was brought at the very end when the drinks were drunk.
The waiter was also strongly asked to cut the lemon into slices, the request was ignored.
The bread and the bread plate were brought stale for many, many days.
Two portions of pilaf were ordered, which were brought cold.
The ordered fresh carrot arrived 70 minutes later.
The samsa and pilaf were good, two people from our table confirmed.
3. Staff. There are a lot of waiters, but there are a lot of questions about it. For a table of 10 people, you need a waiter who is more attentive or not loaded with other tables. My opinion is that 15% of the service should be justified, but when you repeat the same request more than 3 times, questions arise.
4. The atmosphere should be very pleasant, but the impression was ruined. I can't give a correct assessment. I will attach a photo with our table condition for a long time.
5. The waiting time is clearly stated in the menu, which is from 20 to 50 minutes, but above I indicated the points that describe the waiting time.

So :) we came in the evening tired) the atomosphere is cozy, the place is pleasant, the pricing policy is average. Ordered: Cobb salad, my score is 2/5. There was a lot of mustard dressing, I didn't feel anything behind it, there were 2 pieces of chicken in my salad)) Manti: 3/5, large, the dough is thin, there is a lot of filling, but it is a little harsh. Overall, it's good, but I've eaten better more than once. Dessert napoleon: 1/5, it's a complete disappointment because I just asked if it had custard, they told me yes, and they brought complete crap. This is not a homemade napoleon with custard, it tastes like an inexpensive store-bought one with a cheap filling. Cheesecake with Dubai chocolate is not bad, but it's NOT a CHEESECAKE))) it's a runny cream cheese sauce drizzled with chocolate)) in general, I wouldn't come here again, but I can't say that it's just awful))

We lived nearby at the Minor Hotel, and they recommended this restaurant to us there, thanks to the 100-meter walk. As a result, we had lunch and dinner here three times. The restaurant is three-storied, with a panoramic terrace on the roof, with a partial view of Registan, and judging by the buses that bring people here, it is quite popular. Excellent menu, they cook quickly, the waiters are perfect! At first we thought it was a new establishment, that's why everything is so good, however, we were assured that they have been working like this for years! We are going to Samarkand again and we want to come here specially for dinner, although it will not be easy to find a table (with such a huge number of them)! We thank the management and staff of this wonderful restaurant and definitely recommend everyone to visit here at least once!

While walking around Registan, we went to the Emirhan restaurant for dinner (we accidentally found a recommendation on the Internet) and this is one of the best restaurants we visited during our trip. Of course, I wanted a local, national taste, and the waiter, Nigora, advised Lagman. I chose the fried one. Very tasty! From the word, very much!
I advise you to try "Napoleon" for dessert too (although it seems that everyone knows its taste). He's here-mmm, you can lick your fingers!
The service is warm and sincere.
