In the very center of the city, a very polite and friendly guy at the reception (the one that is slightly fuller), delicious hearty breakfasts! The hotel is very cold in winter (however, almost like everywhere else in Uzbekistan), the air conditioner copes with a comfortable temperature only at maximum temperature. Terrible audibility: sound insulation seems to be missing! Cleaning on demand. At first glance, everything seems to be fine, but at the second... There was a dead Prussian on the wall in our room, and no one had ever removed it from the staff either before our check-in or during our stay. In the bathroom, the dryer periodically fell off the wall for no reason, creating a wild roar. Flushing in the toilet often did not work. They never brought soap and other accessories. Coffee, tea, water - everything is on demand. Water was often absent. Terrible wifi (it's easier to think that it doesn't exist). The floor is disgustingly dirty (as I understand it, indelible stains on the carpet). And most importantly, the window in our room was constantly breaking! And not from touching it - it just came out of the slots when closing / opening the door! We addressed this problem to the staff several times, the guys fixed it, but all this is only for a while In general, the option is not bad, but not for too demanding tourists

There are no complaints about the hotel. The room is clean, the bed linen is excellent. The mattress is very hard, which is typical for Uzbekistan. It's quite spacious. The young people at the reception are polite. There is a water cooler in the lobby. There is a large table in the room. A very nice bathtub with excellent water pressure. The center is not far away - it is quite possible to walk. There is a shopping mall opposite, but there is practically nothing in it (the supermarket has been closed). However, it's not far to the nearest one. In general, there are no special disadvantages in the hotel itself. If you need anything, feel free to ask at the reception - they will give you everything they can (we asked for a second chair and towels - initially everything in the room was for one, but they gave everything without problems)

For their money, the norms. There are breakfasts, there were even porridges and fresh fruits, a capsule coffee machine. WIFI allowed you to work from the room. The air conditioning worked well, but colleagues had problems in other rooms. The bed linen and towels are still good, but they have already been used. There is a dental kit, shampoo, a compliment due to tea and water. I had to ask for soap. There are no slippers and a bathrobe. The room is stylishly done, but already shabby and greasy. You need to know how to close the doors the first time)), it just couldn't be slammed shut. The water in the shower went badly. If you don't picky too much, then you can live. There is a shop and cafes nearby, a park (there is a cool beef kebab).

Convenient location, clean, well maintained, the building is new, the water flows hot well, there is a store at the entrance where you can buy drinks and groceries (alcohol is not sold, by the way, even in supermarkets). The staff is polite, they will always help. Breakfast is also without comments, the dining room in the courtyard is beautiful, clean, with air conditioning. The air conditioning in the room also works well.

Some guy at the reception on the morning of April 27 (figure out who it was there), who does not speak Russian at all from the word at all, when checking out, began to rudely ask me which room I was from, did not offer me breakfast, which was included in the room rate, for some reason asked me and I don't know how much my room costs, then I started calling someone to find out, I had to show him my reservation myself, where the room price was indicated. And of course, after accepting my money, he did not give me any check / receipt.

I don't know where such high ratings and positive reviews come from. The only advantage is probably that the hotel is located in the center. We were on a business trip and rented three rooms. The toilets of the rooms were very dirty in all three rooms. There was no toilet paper and towels - I had to ask. It's not very pleasant to admire the remnants of unwashed feces in the toilet. When asked to fix the problem, the administrators of course apologized, but nothing changed. As a result, we asked three different administrators three times - they showed us the flaws. But all this was ignored. The carpets in the corridors are terribly dirty and stained. At breakfast, which is usually before 10:00, an employee of the canteen made a remark to us that we came late for breakfast. Although the time was 09:20-09:30. The mattresses are also very hard, my colleague had hair everywhere in the room. Never set foot in this hotel again. This is not a hotel, but a flophouse

I stayed in this small hotel on 27/04/2024 as there were no places in another typical hotel. The room is clean and tidy. The shower room is very small but clean. The price is acceptable. Polite staff. A big plus: a good breakfast, lots of delicious things, porridge, fruits, cheeses, pancakes and assorted breads. Special respect to the polite girl in the kitchen... She cooks well.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever seen! Dirt, cockroaches, moths, no refrigerator in the room! The bed wants the best, everything is black and yellow. Even my child didn't want to lie down on such a bed! We even left this hotel one day earlier! Administrators always sit not at the counter, but on the sofas for customers and all their attention is on their phones! I do not recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel with a colleague. In general, the hotel is new. One of the obvious disadvantages is a very bad breakfast - everything is weathered, in cling film every morning. The last straw was when, after a month of staying, a colleague was asked to move out, ostensibly because a large group of new guests was due to arrive. There were no plans to leave. This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude and we do not recommend this hotel.

Unlike the hotel we were in in Tashkent, there was no pen or sheet of paper in the room, there was also no daily cleaning of the room and updating of "water supplies". Two bottles of water could at least be offered, especially considering the local climate, but this was not the case) I would also note the audibility from the corridor, but perhaps it was a smart room. The locals know this hotel well, it is located close to the airport and at the same time very close to their Central Park)

Accommodation is at the end of February 2024. The hotel is quite "tired". Stains on the floor, on the walls are most likely cumulative. Minuses - terrible sound insulation. I can hear everything. And the reception (the doors to the room have gaps in cm). And the neighbors (mine got up at 6 and I heard songs in the shower). - unpleasant smell in the toilet. Not strong, but very noticeable.

In addition, there is some "discrimination" towards foreign tourists, accommodation for 100,000 soums is more expensive than for residents of Uzbekistan, by the way, they do not hide it at the reception, they advertise it.
