We stayed in this guest house for 10 days in September. The holiday experience is the best. Excellent location from the sea, shops and cafes. The hotel looks beautiful both from the outside and from the inside, white, like in Greece, there are balconies on each floor, and its highlight is the outdoor terrace on the top floor with tables and comfortable armchairs, offering beautiful views of the mountains and the sea, on the terrace you can drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. What could be better?. The rooms are clean, bright, modern, comfortable, with all amenities, there is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, toilet and shower in each room, the hospitable reception of the manager Oksana disposes to mental relaxation. Many thanks to Oksana and her husband for a great vacation. Next time we will definitely stop here. We definitely recommend it!

We were with our granddaughter in this beautiful castle. We had dinner on the observation deck every evening. Not an ordinary view of the city. Very cozy, clean and all the amenities. It's a great place. We were with my wife and son for a long time, of course- but to this day we remember our vacation . Special thanks to the owner. We arrived at night, everything was busy, no one took one night to look around during the day. They settled us here and on the first night we got to a big feast -everyone got to know each other and of course we stayed. Thanks for the hospitality and separately to Zurab.

We had a rest from September 17 to 27, 2022. Excellent location - close to beaches, shops, cafes and canteens, while the house itself is located on a quiet and peaceful street. All the frenzy of trade is a stone's throw away, but it doesn't get in the way. The house itself is in order and perfectly clean. A very comfortable kitchen on the street - lots of space, lots of dishes, conveniently organized. The order in the kitchen is maintained and controlled by the administrator (if your neighbors are a little piggy, you won't notice it) this is important). The observation deck on the 4th floor is just super, it's not better to come up with views for evening sticking. The price is adequate.
As a wish, add hooks / shelves in the rooms - otherwise you have to throw clothes everywhere. An induction cooker in the kitchen would be very much in the theme - an ordinary electric one heats up for a long time. These shortcomings did not bother us - they cooked only scrambled eggs and coffee, and we had a minimum of things. But cooks and fashionistas can find fault)

I would like to express special gratitude to the administrator Oksana and the hostess Margarita for their hospitality! A lovely guest house with nice rooms. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are a lot of different cafes and restaurants nearby. Excellent promenade and close to all the entertainment. I can safely recommend this guest house, stay here and don't worry) you will definitely be satisfied with the choice!

We had a rest in August 2021.
It is 5 minutes to the sea, near the embankment, cafe, Ferris wheel. The room was on the ground floor, without any pleasant view of the street, rested against a fence. The room has everything you need, everything is clean. If there is an open terrace on the roof, we sat there with pleasure in the evenings.
