We lived on September 16-26. On the first floor. Cows were mentioned in the reviews. This is not the worst thing that can happen there. There is a courtyard on the ground floor. In the evening, when you want silence, the hosts have a party, gyr-gyr-gyr, do not rest. There is a kitchen, but it is almost always occupied by the owners, you will not find dishes there, a pot and a frying pan in one copy. Besides the owners, there are also guests in the kitchen, so it's not crowded. You can forget about the kitchen on the ground floor, there is no kitchen for you. There are no tables in the rooms on the ground floor, they are on the street. If you still decide to eat, you will be sitting on the street for all to see, both the owners and other guests will be sneaking past you. The refrigerator is a trading chest, one per floor, standing on the street. The only furniture is the beds. Cupboards? And what is it? Only beds bring money. Bed linen - as lucky as you are. We had a darned one.
Nevertheless, some guests come here all the time from year to year. They say that there are places where it is much worse.
The room cost us 4,000 a day. I don't mind, as agreed, if you don't want to, don't go, but for example, on the way we stayed overnight in hotels in the regional centers of Russia (we drove by car) and the rooms had everything you needed: air conditioners, televisions, kettles, cabinets, tables, chairs, etc. At a price of 2200 -2400 per day. Compared to our hotels, this guest house is not even a barn, but a barn project.

We rested at the Emili Hotel in July 2023. I really liked it! The sea is a 3-minute walk through the relict pines, the beach is not crowded. Nearby there is a supermarket where you can buy everything you need and a dining room XXL. Clean and cozy rooms, friendly and hospitable hostess. If necessary, you can book transfers and excursions.

I recommend this guest house. It 's cozy at home . The kitchen has everything for " Cooking like at home. The room has comfortable beds. TV. Good internet connection . It is convenient , near the sea . The fortress is a 10-minute walk away .

The perfect and best place to stay in Pitsunda! Quiet, calm, near the forest, the sea, a playground, a football field right in front of the guest house! The rooms are bright, clean and cozy, each floor has a kitchen with everything you need. The hosts are wonderful, kind, pleasant people. We have already rested here 6 times and we will definitely come again!

By chance, I found this guest house on Yandex, the choice was made solely because of the lack of Lezgins nearby at night. But the road is nearby, it quiets down at night. There are also disadvantages - cows are constantly grazing on the green lawn under the windows, respectively, the cakes from them and the smell. If not by car, then you can only get somewhere by taxi, there are almost no buses and they are crowded. Another disadvantage is that there is no closet or at least a rack in the room, all the things were in the suitcase. Fresh renovation on the 2nd-3rd floor, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the bed linen is washed and 1.5 sp sheets were given for a 2-bedroom bed, curtains and tulle are stained, the common balcony is swept, but never washed. Cleaning the room on your own, you were given a new rag for the floor, a mop in the kitchen. Iron and ironing board, washing machine for 1 floor. I do not recommend 1st floor for settlement - I have already written about the burenki, it smells damp, some hoses are lying on the floor, the children of the owners are hanging out there and in general, the courtyard. Pros - if there are no noisy neighbors, it is relatively quiet, roosters sing in the morning. The sound insulation is excellent, the neighbors can only be heard on the balcony. There is a kitchen on each floor, no need to run anywhere, a large refrigerator, a small refrigerator is still in the room, but I turned it off. The stove is gas. The Wi-Fi is good, the Internet is set up on the TV. Good water pressure, the light was turned off for a short time 3 times in 2 weeks, but there was water. The hostess is always in touch, her daughter and another girl, an assistant, are friendly to the guests. There is a small supermarket and a dining room 300 m away, where card payments are accepted.

A great hotel. We had a vacation in August 2023 with children.
It's clean and cozy. Each floor has its own kitchen. Toilet and shower in the room. Large beds . The sea is 6 minutes away at a leisurely pace. There are shops and a canteen nearby .
The hostess is a nice and not intrusive girl.

The location is perfect. Near the sea, near the center.
The rooms are equipped with new furniture, good sleeping and bath accessories.
Conditioner. Shared clean kitchen.
We have been coming for 2 years in a row.
It is very interesting for children, there is communication with children who walk together every evening.
Inexpensive transfer, excursions are cheaper.
There is something to compare in Pitsunda. This option is the best!
Hamida is an educated, kind and not annoying hostess!
