Do not Trust Emba Otomotiv Şişli! 🚨
Keep your time, nerves and money!
They said “The sole is broken, there is a safety risk” for my winter tires from the warehouse. They forced me to buy a new set. I didn't take any risks because I had to go on the road, I had to buy new 4 tires.
It didn't bother me, I showed the old tires to different tire dealers. ”There is no problem with that," they said. But Emba Automotive persistently did not accept!
I sent it to Michelin Turkey to hear the last word. They also did not check the base, just said, “There is no fabricated problem.”
Result:
😡 I've lost my money, my time and my nerves!
💢 Michelin Turkey customer service made me crawl.
📢 I could only get results from the acquaintance!
If there is no visible damage, do not believe it immediately! Consult other places too, trust and don't waste time like me!
