They can't find the product, and they refuse to look at it on the shelves, even though the product is already there by SMS. On request, silence, silence, refusal. A long search for an order. They didn't give it to me for the 1st time, although they called the contents of the order. How is it? I had to call support. The employee at the pick-up point not only tried to "get rid of" me, but also initiated a conflict that was picked up by people in the queue. They began to be aggressive, rude, and "kick out" me at the suggestion of a PVZ employee. I was able to pick up the order only after the call. She left a review in the complaint book, if it was that book at all. Creating a conflict on the part of an employee and blaming the buyer, inciting conflict, as well as rudeness in general, is absolutely unacceptable. I ask the management to take measures to avoid such situations. Picking up an order should not be a problem, and the buyer should not be blamed and cursed. I am waiting for an answer and concrete solutions, not just words.
