On July 18, we ordered a TV and paid for it. Delivery was scheduled at 18.00-21.00. Unfortunately, there was no delivery. No one reported that the product was out of stock, we only found out about it the next day at 8.30 on 07/19 when we called ourselves (although the payment was completed and the order number was given). We called the contact center at 20.28 on 18.07, but no one answered (working hours 8.30-20.30). A birthday present for mom from children and grandchildren did not work out, it's an outrage. They let me down very seriously, very unpleasantly.
The money that we received will have to wait up to 15 working days, although it's not our fault, and this is not a small amount of money.
The service is very poor. I understand that I am evaluating one situation, but I was badly LET DOWN.
And I was unlucky with the service. On April 20, I ordered cat food for 205 rubles. The nearest delivery was on April 23, from 13 o'clock. On the day of delivery, April 23, I receive a message: the delivery has been canceled. On a call to the office, it turned out that the goods were not in stock. When I asked why I can order the same food right now, but it is more expensive by 45 rubles, I was answered:
"This particular food is not available, it must have been bought before you."
It turns out to be an interesting system. I place an ORDER - not a reservation - for the product, wait for it for 3 days, and on the day of delivery I find out that it will not be delivered to me and I had to redeem it faster. And it can't be faster, because I chose the nearest delivery day. Why I can buy the same thing, but more expensive is a question. Why someone can buy back my order is also not clear. Very negative impressions.
