My family and I recently bought an apartment in the Minsk Mir residential complex and were faced with a choice of where to order interior doors. On the advice of neighbors who have already completed repairs and were satisfied with the services, we contacted this company. After visiting their office, we had a positive impression. Pleasant atmosphere, attentive attitude to customers, a variety of options for doors, fittings, coating samples, it is very convenient that you can also choose skirting boards.
An employee helped us choose a door model, as well as explained all the nuances of installation. We chose models with enamel coating, white with a shade. The specialists also helped us with the choice of door handles and locks - they explained everything in an accessible and patient way. We signed a contract, made an advance payment (there is an installment plan).
A month later, as promised, the doors were delivered and installed. We were completely satisfied with the quality of the installation and the doors themselves. The doors fit perfectly into the interior.
However, after a while, a little trouble occurred. Our one-year-old dog, left alone at home, accidentally found himself locked in one of the rooms. When we returned, the door was noticeably scratched - the dog had been scratching it with his paws for a long time. We were upset, we thought we would have to change the door leaf. But by contacting the manager who oversaw our order, we received an unexpected and pleasant way out of this situation - we were offered to try to restore the door. The specialists arrived, removed the door and returned it in perfect condition a week later, as new! We are very grateful for such care and high level of service. We definitely recommend the company Eltava!

They told me everything, they picked up just awesome handles.
The doors arrived on time, even on the condition of the May holidays. They were also installed on time, and then they also managed to adjust to us, because we had deadlines.
The skirting boards were also ordered from Eltava, and they are also perfect)
