Excellent location, beautiful interior. Very attentive and polite staff: they will offer drinks, help you hang your outerwear.
Special thanks to Master Victoria. She got the perfect haircut, was very attentive to details, constantly described the process and asked a lot of questions. She's also a very pleasant conversationalist. Previously, it was always recorded spontaneously, and all the masters did well. But now, apparently, I have found my master :)

I recently visited the salon and was absolutely delighted with the haircut.
I had a little consultation before getting my haircut.
The process itself was quick and comfortable. The result exceeded all expectations! The cascade looks natural and stylish, the hair fits easily, and the overall look has become much fresher and more modern.

I have been visiting a beauty salon in Malinovka for several years now. I do complex coloring and hair treatments with Victoria A. The master always gives recommendations on home care and, importantly for me, comments on all hair manipulations during the procedures.
And the pedicure chair will just fly away - the feeling that you are lying on a cloud while the master puts your legs in order.

I came for a manicure, waited 15 minutes and left. Unfortunately, the salon does not know how to calculate the time of the master for the procedures, and the client's time is not appreciated. No sorry, nothing :) this is apparently part of the service. I refused the offer to postpone the recording, because where is the guarantee that I won't waste time on the road and waiting for nothing again?

I signed up for a haircut at 9 o'clock. I arrived on time. I was told that the master I came to was ill and I would have to wait until 10 o'clock when another master would be available. It's terrible, of course, when the whole day is scheduled by the minute.
They said they would make a good discount. In the price list on Yandex, the price for the haircut that I did is 70 rubles. I paid 67 rubles. I do not know how much a discount of 3 rubles is considered good(

I signed up for a coated manicure on my last visit. A call from the admin
"can you please arrive an hour earlier?"
I said that I can, anything happens) There were 15 minutes left before the recording. I flew like crazy to the salon to make it. I come, and they say to me, "oh, we confused the client wanted a French jacket, the master will be able to receive you only in an hour" in the end, it did not work out to change plans again and I did not get on the nails, the mood deteriorated.
I'm signing up for a coated manicure again. I pre-dial, apologize and say that I will be delayed for 15 minutes. They said everything was fine, no problem. I come to the salon, I apologize for being late, I sit down and they tell me: "we can only do nude" I wanted a different color, but I understand that I was late. Have you decided to check with the master how much time is allocated for the client? The answer is "two hours" followed by "it's not my problem that you're late" the answer was rude. I was not negative in any way, but after that another master began to get into the conversation, for which it remained a mystery) I remind you of a high-class salon and the prices correspond. But the behavior of the staff is terrible. The cherry on the cake was the use of a dirty file and cutters that the master did not take out of the kraft bag, then I was shocked. Many times I gave this salon a chance, thinking that maybe it seemed to me and I was wrong somewhere. 2 hours were allocated for the client, the nails were done in 60 minutes, then what was the problem with making the color? After the last visit, I realized that it was time to leave a review.
