I am extremely dissatisfied with this store and explain why.
1. I wanted to buy a safe and gave an advance payment for a certain model. After a while, they call and say that this model is not available and you have to buy more expensive.
2. They had to install a mechanical lock, which they also did not have, and together with the installation they were asked to wait 10 days. After 12 days, my order was ready. But that was not the case.
3. The three of them arrived, but they were not going to help us transfer the safe. It makes sense to come then.
4. They could not show on the spot how the lock works and just left saying that the master would arrive tomorrow.
5. After 2 days, the master arrives and it turns out that the lock is simply broken.
We'll wait for it to be fixed now.
