Nice new clean complex with a swimming pool, only Russians live 10 minutes from the sea, there is a shop right in the house. The city center . It's the same way to go to any place, there is a place to walk in the evening, fountains on the embankment, cafes and restaurants nearby.The apartments are large, with a separate living room and a separate bedroom, even if it is a 1-room apartment. The beach is beautiful🩵 turquoise water 🩵clean there is a pool at the end of the beach, a beach club where sun beds are free by the pool, "coco " after the beach there is a sauna in the house, a hammam, turn on yourself and go everything works.

This is one of the best complexes in Alanya. My family and I really love Cleopatra Beach, but starting in June, it gets pretty noisy in this part of the city. This new complex is perfectly located: close to the beach, as well as to the fish and grocery markets. The apartment is quiet, which makes your stay even more enjoyable. The complex has a sauna, an outdoor swimming pool and a gym.

A good residential complex with two pools (without slides). By the way, there is a shower and toilet near the pools. They lived in the right wing, hence the view from the balcony to the mountains, and houses under construction. On the 1st floor there is a children's pool, a rocking chair and a children's room. There are air conditioners everywhere.Good accessibility: around the corner Migros and Bim, 7-10 minutes to the sea, and a few houses to walk to the fish market. There is also a farmers' market on Tuesdays. In general, I recommend that you lower your rating for decent noise (you can't hear it in the apartment), since the house stands at the intersection of one of the main streets.
