Cozy, family-friendly. Clean and fresh. Air conditioning in the lobby. There is a window with a mosquito net in the lower capsule. (Maybe all the others have it, I didn't check it). In general, it feels like traveling on a train in a decent compartment like this. The staff is polite, the kitchen is large, there are separate places to work. Everything is provided for convenience and a good rest.

We stayed in this complex for the night. They were not in the capsule part. What I liked: they were accepted at night, quickly settled in. There is a kitchen and a refrigerator. I didn't like it: the old wooden floor creaked, the bathrooms are shared by all rooms, someone washed in the bathroom before us and the floor was in water and some hair. The beds are old and the mattresses are all laid out. Sockets in inconvenient places to charge the phone. In the morning I went to the toilet in the capsule part - the toilet seat is all yellow, there is a puddle in front of the toilet. Will I come here again? Maybe I will come if they won't let me go anywhere else.

I spent one night at the end of July in this hostel. A friendly receptionist, polite and pleasant to talk to. The hostel is clean and homely. I was pleased with the kitchen: there are all necessary appliances and utensils, tea, coffee, sugar. Everything is clean. I was very pleased with my parking in front of the hostel under video surveillance.
However, I was confused by the decomposition of the capsules, as in the train. It was stuffy in the capsule itself at night. Also, the area of the kitchen and capsules is not separated by anything (neither doors nor walls), respectively, the audibility from the kitchen is very large.

If you are a kind person, then you are here. A hospitable, clean, comfortable place where you want to be and stay after a long journey. Everything has been thought out, from the coffee maker to the lamp above the bed. Humane prices, instant check-in, hot shower and soft bed. Master Genghis keeps order himself. We were passing through Balkhash twice, looking for housing through different sources - this is the best!

A great hostel in a small town, probably the best of the hostels here. We were passing through with my husband for one night. Clean, modern renovation, customer-oriented administrator. Everything you need is there, the mattresses are comfortable. Spending the night is a great solution! Staff for all 5! I recommend it!

There is no hot water, although there are two huge boilers in the toilet. When asked by the administrator why there is no hot water, she replied that repairs are underway! (Time 22.00)
I rode a motorcycle all day from Bishkek and I didn't manage to take a shower. And it's all in one of the most expensive hostels ($14), I've been to them twenty times in a year, it was more expensive only in Dubai.
Yes, it may seem that this is a top place, since it is new. But this is not the case.
I'll start with the layout, you live in one large room and you don't have an isolated room, a locker in the hallway at all.
The public space is a kitchen with a large island, where someone wants to watch TV, and someone wants to cook.
In the capsule, if you do not open the door, it will be stuffy, and if you open it, it will be light.
The bathroom is already dead!!!
I slipped twice on the mat coming out of the capsule and in the shower without hot water.

The hostel is located on the outskirts of this small town, it takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the nearest cafe.
And yet, the accommodation facility charges 1000 tenge less if you place a reservation not through Booking.
P.S. in the morning, the hot water was not affected

I didn't expect such a cool hostel to be in Balkhash! Booked through the Tinkoff app.Hotels. I arrived, paid on the spot in tenge (it was possible to pay in rubles through the application, but a little more expensive). I was met by the owner Genghis. He told me everything, helped me find a person who would seal the crack on the windshield from the stone. The sleep capsules are amazing! Each has its own window, the capsule is closed from the others on the principle of a wardrobe. In the morning, a wide selection of sweets is served for breakfast. I recommend this hostel to everyone!
