This small but very cozy IK hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hosts are a beautiful young couple and 4 small assistants (children) and of course the eldest is the owner's mother. This hotel is so soulful, clean and pleasant to be in. Everything is new and clean. The hosts are very very polite. But most of all, I am crazy about one daughter named Maryam.she received us, arranged for us, told us where and what to watch, where to eat where then. This girl is just super. I wish this hotel prosperity and long happy years of life. And I want to wish Maria separately that all her cherished dreams would come true. And that she would be the happiest and so cheerful. If I'm still in Samarkand, I'll stay only here and advise everyone.

Quite close to Registan Square. Hospitable hosts, the whole family works, from young to old. The rooms are quite new.
Minus - as almost everywhere in small Uzbek hotels, excellent audibility, you can talk to your neighbors without raising your voice.
The owners are believers, so they ask not to use their dishes if they are not halal. However, it will be difficult to buy non-halal.

A lovely , clean, cozy hotel with wonderful hosts. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, the atmosphere is homely, pleasant, delicious breakfasts, which are prepared by the mother, the owner, Hidoyat hong. Pancakes are delicious.... Sharofat khon-the wife will explain everything, tell you. Girls are the children of the owners, great helpers. If necessary, transfer from the airport.

By the way, the main attractions of Samarkand are just around the corner, 10-17 minutes on foot about 800-900 meters, and you will see the historical heritage))))))

The bathroom is like on a ship. Anyone who has been on a ship will understand what a shower can be.
BUT! IT'S IMPORTANT! IT STANK... That's really the smell... In the whole room.
This is a hospice. Not very good...
we moved out the next day.
By the way, I recommend the Shohjahon Palace Hotel. 500 meters from this flophouse. A confident 4*, even slightly better. For money, two nights in a good hotel is like three days in this homeless shelter.

Location-a quiet street 12 min. from Registan. A new family hotel-a new house,decoration,plumbing,furniture,linen- was opened in the fall of 2023, the owners are a nice young family, friendly and friendly. Breakfast is prepared by the hostess, delicious, at home, you can use the kitchen-dining room, refrigerator, MK / volnovka at any time of the day. There is a water cooler.
Rooms -room approx.12 sq.m (visually)+ bathroom (with Underfloor heating- it turned out to be very important in March, and in general-there is a battery in the room-the heat can be adjusted).There is no TV in the room yet, but it is planned. It was 4 nights, March 13-17, 2024

I really didn't like this guest house. We felt superfluous there. We left at 5 a.m., asked for breakfast, at least something for the children, one year old, the other 9 years old. As a result, at 5 a.m., no one saw us off and accordingly we went without breakfast. I think this is unacceptable. I had to ask for porridge for breakfast! Although it was cooked. I don't recommend it to anyone. Z
